Is this an outdoor event?

This festival takes place rain or shine outdoors with limited shelter. Please plan for Michigan Spring Weather!

What does my $45 ticket include?

Your ticket includes admission to the festival, 15 tickets for 4 oz beer samples and 5 tickets for food samples to judge. Your ticket purchase helps to offset the many costs associated with the festival such as beer, tents, toilets, security, music, insurance, equipment, etc.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

All festival attendees must be 21 or older to enter, even if they are designated drivers and are not drinking. A valid government ID is required for festival entry, with NO exceptions.

What is the refund policy?

Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, per event industry standard (similar to a concert, sporting event, etc.). The festival will occur regardless of the normal spring weather conditions. If you cannot attend for any reason, you may sell or transfer your ticket to someone else.

Is my registration/ticket transferable? How do I transfer my ticket to another attendee?

Yes, tickets are transferable - but each bar code will only scan one time. You do not need to do anything special to transfer your ticket to another attendee's name. Purchaser name will not be checked against ID-holder name at the gate.

Are Designated Driver tickets available?

Yes. DD tickets can be purchased online or the day of the festival for $20. You must check in with a regular attendee and be 21 to purchase a DD ticket.

Can I buy a Designated Driver ticket and then buy tickets for drinks if I change my mind?

No. Servers will not pour beer to Designated Drivers, and anyone caught drinking on a Designated Driver ticket will be immediately ejected from the festival.

How do I get beer and food?

You will be given a tasting glass and tickets for beer and food upon entry.

All festivals attendees are expected to willingly provide a ticket for each and every sample of beer or food received. Thank you for your cooperation which keeps us in compliance with state law.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Parking will be available at Allegan County Fairgrounds and is included in your ticket price. There may be some shuttle options available to the closest hotels, more info to come soon! There are hotels located within 20-30 minutes in Holland, Plainwell, Kalamazoo.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

The following are NOT permitted on festival grounds: weapons, outside alcohol, marijuana, glass containers, children (including infants), strollers, bicycles, skateboards, rollerskates/rollerblades, or animals.

You may bring any of the following items with you to the festival: water in non-glass unopened containers, snacks, folding/camping chairs, coolers.

Will there be food available for purchase?

Yes, in addition to the 5 BBQ samples included in your ticket, you will be able to purchase food from the vendors.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You must bring a ticket with you to be scanned to allow you entry to the festival. This ticket can either be printed or be the electronic version accessible on your smartphone or wireless device.

Is there VIP or early admission?

No. Every one is a VIP and will be granted access at the same time. Festival opens at 2pm for all.

I tested positive for COVID-19. Can I get a refund?

If you test positive for COVID-19 the week of the festival, please send a copy of your positive test result along with you name, email and order number to kvgratz@gmail.com NO LATER than Saturday, May 21st, and we will process a refund for your ticket.

What if I am not feeling well the day of the event ?

We encourage attendees to self screen, and stay home if you are not feeling well.
